If you've noticed your assignment has disappeared, don't worry - I'm working with AO3 Support to determine what happened and get them back ASAP. It does seem to be related to the earlier matching problems, so hopefully won't reoccur once it's fixed.

Even if my assignment disappeared like with everybody's, it is still visible on 'my assignment' page on the collection, in case this info is any helpful.

Mine isn't, so it must be an inconsistent thing (again, if this information is helpful!).

Another data point: Mine is there if I go directly to the collection. Very weird!

Do we still work on them in the meantime or do the matching problems mean it will have to be run again?

You can still work on your assignment! They'll be restored the same as they were before, it just might take a day or two.
