• Yuri/Monika/Protagonist - Was this intended to be the person playing the game, or the playable in-game protagonist?

Freeform Nominations

• Alternate Universe - WarSky/HomeSky - is this specifically a poly-relationship universe setting? If it isn't, it might be better suited to optional details rather than freeform tags.

I intended the Protagonist in Doki Doki Literature Club! to be the playable in-game protagonist. They don't have a canon name besides whatever name you put for yourself.

One could argue that the two are one and the same, considering the meta nature of that game, but anon has already clarified, so there is that. :-)

No, they are separate characters. One has a preset personality and is male. The other is open. And Monika is only interested in the person behind the screen not the character in the game.

In addition to what anon said, AO3 already treats them as distinct by having official tags for both "Protagonist (Doki Doki Literature Club!)" and "The Player (Doki Doki Literature Club!)", so it seems like it would be simplest to just follow that precedent.

I saw I was too late on the HomeSky/WarSky thing; yes, it is a poly-relationship of between 8 and 14 people, but i'll just add it as an option in my OD
